Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Unopened items are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping).

• Opened or partially used items may be eligible for store credit or exchange.

• Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost.

To start a return, contact info@sculpturahealth.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Exchanges

If you prefer another product or formulation, we’re happy to exchange unopened items of equal value.
